I saw The Lady's Not for Burning at the McCadden Theatre during the Hollywood Fringe Festival this year, I had never seen the play before so I was looking forward to it. The lead actress was amazing as The Lady, she really nailed the feel of the role and brought along the rest of the cast with ease. Or at least made it seem easy! I enjoyed seeing a piece of classic theater done with such an expert touch- simple production, costumes, sound and lighting, nothing overblown or anything. Very relevant to the times we are living in right now too! This was a really well-directed production, of a big cast (def the biggest group I saw this year at the festival) doing very tough English verse, and doing it really well. I will def be seeing future shows by this theater group.
